Donat
Cara membuat Donat
Bahan :
- Terigu 500 Gr
- Kentang 150 Gr
- Mentega 125 Gr
- Fermipan 1 Bungkus
- Telur 1 Putih + 2 Merah
- Susu 2 Sendok Makan
- Tepung ½ Gelas (Sendok Makan)
- Gula Putih Halus 3 Sendok Makan
Caranya :
- Kentang rebus kemudian tumbuk.
- Mentega cairkan.
- Fermipan aduk dengan 1 gelas air hangat – hangat kuku.
- Kocok telur .
- Adonan terigu + kentang tumbuk + gula halus kemudian masukkan kocokan telur + mentega cair. Baru masukkan fermipan cair. Kalau susu tepung, campurkan setelah kocokan telur + mentega cair dicampur.
- Semua adonan dicampur hingga rata dan tidak lengket lagi dibaskom dan tangan, adonan yang dibaskom tutup dari atas dengan kain basah bersih, biarkan ± 1 jam (sampai kembang). Kemudian cetak dan digoreng. Setelah dingin lumuri dengan gula halus atau mentega campur meises.
