Lapis Surabaya
Cara membuat Kue Lapis Surabaya
Bahan :
- Roomboter 240 Gr
- Tepung 90 Gr
- Gula 300 Gr
- Cocoa 15 Gr
- Mentega Margarine untuk oles loyang dan tepung
- Telur Ayam 30 butir
- Eropah Jam 1 Botol
Caranya :
- Timbang roomboter 240 gr kocok dengan mixer hingga putih.
- Timbang 3 x 80 gr.
- Timbang tepung 2 x 30 gr.
- Timbang tepung 1 x 15 gr + 15 gr cacao.
- Timbang gula 3 x 100 gr.
- Kocok 10 butir merah telur hingga putih, masukkan gula 100 gr sedikit demi sedikit (1 sendok makan).
- Sementara itu hidupkan oven 280 º C hingga oven panas betul aduk adonan.
- Masukkan tepung kedalam adonan telur, masukkan roomboter aduk sampai rata
- Masukkan keseluruhan dalam loyang yang sudah dioleskan mentega + tepung.
- Bakar didalam oven 280 º C ± 10‘ sesudah adonan mulai naik kecilkan api 220 º C bakar ± 20‘ lagi.
- Kikis 2 sisi dari kue, kue yang ditengah + coklat.
- Kikis 2 sisi oleskan jam kalau ada rum tuang keatas cake yang ditengah lapisan ke 3 dikikis 1 sisi.
