Udang Bungkus Terigu
Cara membuat Udang Bungkus Terigu (Udang Goreng Tepung)
Bahan :
- 1 Kg Udang Agak Besar
- 1/3 Gelas Bir Atau Air Soda
- ¼ Kg Tepung Terigu
- ½ Sendok Makan Garam
- 2 Butir Kuning Telur
- 6 Butir Putih Telur yang telah dokocok kental
- Anggur Putih secukupnya
- Minyak Goreng
Cara Membuat :
¼ kg tepung terigu dengan garam dan 1/3 gelas bir sedikit demi sedikit diaduk.
Lalu masukkan 2 butir kuning telur dan anggur putih.
Aduk – aduklah sampai rata, lalu masukkan putih telur yang sudah dikocok tadi.
Udang dikupas, ekornya disisakan jangan dibuang bagian dalam udang dipotong – potong (dikerat) tetapi jangan sampai putus maksudnya agar sewaktu digoreng bias lurus.
Udang tadi dimasukkan kedalam adonan dan digoreng dengan minyak,
Dimakan dengan saus tomat dicampur sambal lampung agar memberi rasa asam pedas yang segar.
